Signature Afternoon Tea

An elevated menu designed to pair beautifully with upgraded china, linens, flatware, and tiered presentation when Full Service is selected.
Celebration Tea Experience
Full Service Included: Children $75 | Adults $105
Our premium fully serviced tea experience for showers, birthdays, milestones, and styled celebrations. Full Service is included; specialty rentals, décor enhancements, extended travel, overtime, and additional staffing are quoted separately.
Cream, Classic, and Signature: choose Drop-Off or Full Service. Celebration: Full Service is included. Mobile events are subject to a $450 minimum booking. Extended travel and premium add-ons are quoted separately. Macarons are available as a premium add-on.

Service & Event Details
Choose the Level of Service That Works for You
Most tea experiences allow you to choose Drop-Off or Full Service. The Celebration Tea Experience includes Full Service as part of the package.
Drop-Off Service
A convenient option for hosts who want the menu prepared and delivered but prefer to manage their own setup and event service.
- Selected menu prepared for your confirmed guest count
- Event-day delivery at an agreed time
- Food presented in transport-ready packaging or agreed serving format
- No on-site table setup, staffed tea service, or post-event cleanup
- China or teaware rental may be quoted separately when available
Full-Service Tea Experience
Designed for hosts who want a polished experience with Dakota Tea House managing the tea-service presentation and event-day details.
- Delivery and coordinated event setup
- Tabletop and tea-service presentation appropriate to the selected package
- Hosted tea service during the contracted guest-service window
- Standard post-service cleanup of Dakota Tea House service items
- Setup and standard cleanup occur outside the guest-service window
Travel
Local travel within the confirmed service area may be included. Extended-distance travel, tolls, paid parking, ferry fees, or lodging when required are quoted separately based on the event location.
Booking Retainer
A 30% non-refundable booking retainer is required after proposal acceptance to reserve your event date. It is applied toward the final event total.
Damage Deposit
A $150 refundable security/damage deposit applies when Dakota Tea House china, teaware, serving pieces, linens, or décor are used. It is held separately from the event balance and is refundable within 7 days after inspection and return.
Rentals & Setup
Outside-vendor rental delivery, setup, and pickup charges are billed at vendor cost plus 20%. Specialty linens, glassware, seating, florals, backdrops, and custom décor are quoted separately.

Tea Party Etiquette Experience
A hosted, elevated tea party that blends Dakota Tea House service with age-appropriate etiquette instruction. Designed for birthdays, milestone celebrations, homeschool groups, teen gatherings, family events, and adult social occasions.
May include: a guided etiquette lesson, table manners, introductions and conversation, tea traditions, hosted tea service, coordinated table presentation, and a curated tea menu based on the selected package.
Premium upgrades may include vintage-style china, specialty linens, gold flatware, chargers, florals, themed décor, keepsake hats or gloves, macarons, backdrops, and personalized event details.
Available for children, teens, and adults. This upgraded experience is customized by guest count, menu, service level, location, and styling selections. A personalized proposal is provided for each event.
Adult Experience
Adult Etiquette & Social Grace
A polished private or group experience for adults focused on dining etiquette, confident introductions, conversation, hosting and guest etiquette, professional presence, networking, modern social etiquette, and graceful communication.
Available for private sessions, small groups, organizations, and special gatherings.
Adult experiences are booked separately from Step Up For Students educational offerings. Pricing is customized based on group size, location, format, and selected experience.
